I am a co-founder at Cytora, a London based startup that unites advances in technology and conflict research, analysing large amounts of open source intelligence data to understand the likelihood of conflict in fragile states.

I previously worked at the Blackett Laboratory at Imperial College London, where I developed computer simulations of optical materials and devices shaped on the nanoscale. I also helped set up the Hermes Summer School, which has grown into an international network for researchers interested in computational materials science and science communication.
